The picnic venue is in the municipality of Dobrova – Polhov Gradec, 12 km from Ljubljana, on Babna Gora near Polhov Gradec, in unspoilt nature. It hosts picnics for up to 500 people and suits companies as well as private parties such as weddings, post-wedding picnics, birthday parties, anniversaries, christenings and confirmations. The venue is also suitable for weddings. It is an idyll of peace, countryside and unspoilt nature, close to the hiking and cycling starting points of Grmada, Tošč, Ključ and Katarina. The barn has its own electricity connection with a cabinet, also for heavier loads, and a mains water connection with drinking water from below Polhograjski Lovrenc. The barn takes up to 300 people; with a marquee beside it, capacity rises to 500 with a covered dance floor. Round tables and chairs with floor-length tablecloths can be set up. The venue is available from April to October; in colder months we can set up heaters or bring a portable bread oven.

The nearby Polhov Gradec manor, a beautiful location for civil weddings, is only 4 km away.

For rainy days there is a 200 m² roof, access for wheelchair users, dogs are allowed, and it also suits scout groups – by arrangement, camping for up to 200 people can be set up on the meadow by the hayrack. It can also be rented during holidays.
